What nicer project can a stone carver have than working on the Library of the President of the United States of America? Well, working on the Libraries of two, or by now three US Presidents.

If it is supposed to last, it is carved in stone. If it is supposed to be excellent workmanship – it is carved by Marcel Mächler Inc.

Signage such as Building ID’s, directories, donor recognition, monuments, logos, etc. are most durable and elegant when carved in stone. Endlessly possible variations in style make the design process fun and creative and the owner happy.



The different letter carving styles are V-groove, U-groove, raised and raised-recessed letters. Carved letters can be left natural or enhanced by means of stain, color infill, gold leaf or palladium leaf applications.
