Travertine Table

This coffee table is carved of two solid chunks of Travertine from Montana.
The table top is an irregular shaped Travertine slab with typical voids and openings. A beautiful piece to look at.
Its base is carved in an oval shape. While point chiseled and “rough” all around, it has two vertical bands created with a flat chisel on its long sides.

The table top size is 42" x 33" x 4", the base is an oval shape of 24" x 12".
The overall height is 17 1/2".
